Swedex AB was founded in 1983 and is situated in Mjolby, Sweden. Through vast investment in both people, plant and machinery, Swedex is now one of the leading carbide tipped circular saw blade manufacturers in Europe.

Swedex (UK) Ltd is situated in Harworth, near Doncaster and was founded in January 2003.
Collectively, our employees have over 55 years’ experience in the saw blade industry and with our commitment to selective distribution, quality and service, we have enjoyed continuous growth, which now sees us as one of the UK's major suppliers of quality carbide tipped circular saw blades.

Our Business Strategy

We sell through a selective network of saw doctors, distributors and retailers and offer the best service possible in the industry.

Our sales and technical department offer advice regarding the correct choice of saw blade for specific applications and are able to advise on the development of blades for specialised applications.

Swedex manufactures both standard and specialised saw blades to cater for all applications. Our production covers all the phases of manufacture and rigid quality and control tests are applied to each stage.

Low Noise as Standard

In order to meet the ever increasing demands to reduce noise levels in the work place, Swedex manufacture low noise blades as standard.

Using different grades of carbide and stellite for different applications, we can tailor-make a saw blade to suit any demanding application our customers require. With the constantly changing market and introduction of new sawing machines, we at Swedex are continually adding to our range of blades.
